Infranet’s Customer Satisfaction Policy
At Infranet we strive to provide quality service that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You have a number of choices and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.
Services contracted and purchased from Infranet (MyName.MD) may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy.
“Date of the transaction”, for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Infranet (MyName.MD) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (see here).
“Refund Period”, you may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with Infranet’s customer service, contact us at contact@myname.md, within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product or service, if available at all.
No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
EU & UK CONSUMERS: YOU HAVE A STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE CONTRACT. HOWEVER, WE ARE ENTITLED TO CHARGE A REASONABLE AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICES THAT WE HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED TO YOU AS AT THE DATE OF CANCELLATION. THEREFORE, A FULL, OR ANY, REFUND MAY NOT BE DUE. THIS REFUND POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Standard Refund Terms
New Subscription: Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Subscription Renewal: Within 7 days of the date of the transaction.
Cases of full refunds for error:
Infranet will reimburse the client in full when a technological error has occurred. No administrative fee for this reimbursement will be charged.
Case of reimbursement for dissatisfaction or any other cause:
Infranet will reimburse any dissatisfied customer. In such instances, made a separate Refund Administration Fee of $30 will be charged. The administration fee is non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal
For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.
We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it is has already been charged. That’s why you can cancel your monthly/annual subscription even seven days after your renewal date (date of the transaction), and we will still process your cancellation and give you a FULL REFUND (refund administration fee will not be charged in this case).
Cancellation Process.
Once we receive your cancellation email contact@myname.md and have confirmed all necessary information, we will inform you in writing (typically email) that your account has been canceled. Your cancellation confirmation will contain a ticket/tracking number in the subject line for your reference and for verification purposes. You should immediately receive an automatic email with a tracking number stating that “Your request has been received….” Infranet (MyName.MD) will confirm your request and process your cancellation shortly thereafter.
We require all cancellations to be done through the email contact@myname.md in order to (a) confirm your identity, (b) confirm in writing that you are prepared for all of your files and emails to be removed, and (c) document the request. This process aims to reduce the likelihood of mistakes, fraudulent/malicious requests, and to ensure that you are aware that your files, emails, and account may be removed immediately and permanently after a cancellation request is processed.
Foreign Currencies
Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are constant and unavoidable. All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and Infranet is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between the time of payment and the time of refund.
Termination
Infranet may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, including deletion or confiscation of all files, content, and/or domain name, without notice in the event that: (i) you fail to pay any fees due hereunder to Infranet (MyName.MD); (ii) you violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (iii) your conduct may harm Infranet or others, cause Infranet or others to incur liability, or disrupt Infranet’s business operations (as determined by Infranet in its sole discretion); (iv) you are abusive toward Infranet’s staff in any manner; or (v) for any other lawful reason, including to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, HostGator will not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination.
Exception to our Refund Policy
Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund when we have suspended or terminated your access to Infranet Services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Suspended Accounts.
Infranet reserves the right to terminate any account that has been in a suspended or deactivated state for thirty (30) days which will result in the loss of all data stored on the account.
UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON, USER CONTENT, USER EMAILS, USER WEBSITES, AND OTHER DATA WILL BE DELETED.
